As part of the team of authors, Marc Mölders is delighted about the publication of a study by the Stein-Hardenberg Institute (SHI) and Agora Digitale Transformation gGmbH (ADT). The study examines what has (not) been learned in a quarter of a century when it comes to the digitalization of public administration.
